Welcome to our AI Course Platform ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 OAuth Authentication
We use OAuth authentication (Google, Microsoft) for secure login. By logging in with these providers, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by the provider.
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abusive behavior toward instructors or other students
- Any activity that may harm the Platform or other users
4. Courses and Enrollment
4.1 Course Offerings
- All courses are live, cohort-based training conducted via Zoom
- Course content, schedules, and instructors are subject to change
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
4.2 Batch Selection
- When enrolling, you must select a specific batch with defined start and end dates
- Batch sizes are limited - enrollments are on a first-come, first-served basis
- Once a batch is full, you must select a different batch or waitlist
4.3 Course Bundles
- Bundles allow you to enroll in multiple courses at a discounted price
- You must select a batch for each course in the bundle
- Bundles cannot be partially refunded (see Refund Policy for details)
4.4 Access to Materials
- Upon enrollment, you gain access to:
- Live Zoom sessions for your selected batch
- Course materials (if provided)
- WhatsApp community (if applicable)
- Access is granted for the duration of your batch
- We may revoke access if you violate these Terms
4.5 Attendance
- Attendance at live sessions is your responsibility
- We are not responsible if you miss sessions due to personal reasons
- Session recordings (if provided) are at our sole discretion
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
5.2 Pricing
- Course prices are displayed on the course page at the time of enrollment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Price changes do not affect existing enrollments
5.3 Payment Confirmation
- You will receive a payment confirmation email after successful enrollment
- The confirmation email contains your batch schedule and Zoom link
- If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, contact us immediately
5.4 Taxes
- Prices include all applicable taxes
- Razorpay may charge additional convenience fees (not controlled by us)
5.5 Failed Payments
- If your payment fails, your enrollment is not confirmed
- You must retry payment to complete enrollment
- We are not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank issues
6. Refund Policy

Summary:
- Refunds are available before your batch starts
- Refund amount depends on how many days before batch start you request
- No refunds after your batch has started
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process

7. Batch Cancellations and Rescheduling
7.1 Platform-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a batch due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a full 100% refund automatically, OR
- You may transfer to another available batch at no additional cost
- We will notify you at least 7 days before the scheduled start date (when possible)
7.2 Batch Rescheduling
- We reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions due to instructor unavailability or emergencies
- Rescheduled sessions will be communicated via email and WhatsApp
- No refunds are provided for rescheduled individual sessions
7.3 Student-Initiated Batch Changes
- You cannot transfer to a different batch after enrolling
- If you need to change batches, you must request a refund and re-enroll (subject to refund policy)
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
- All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the exclusive property of the Platform and/or the instructors
- Course content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
8.2 Limited License
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and view course materials for personal, non-commercial use
- Participate in live sessions
- Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable
8.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Record, copy, reproduce, or redistribute live sessions without explicit permission
- Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
- Use course content for commercial purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from course materials
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
8.4 Violation Consequences
Violation of intellectual property terms may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of access without refund
- Legal action for copyright infringement
9. Student Conduct
9.1 Expected Behavior
As a student, you agree to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Participate constructively in discussions
- Refrain from disruptive behavior during live sessions
- Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
9.2 Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- Spam, advertising, or self-promotion in course forums/groups
- Sharing login credentials with others
- Attempting to disrupt the Platform or courses
- Impersonating instructors, staff, or other students
9.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Issue warnings for minor violations
- Remove you from WhatsApp groups or forums
- Suspend or terminate your account without refund
- Report serious violations to appropriate authorities
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Data Collection
We collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive:
- Transactional emails (enrollment confirmations, payment receipts)
- Course-related communications (batch schedules, updates, announcements)
- Optional marketing emails (which you can unsubscribe from)
10.3 WhatsApp Groups
If added to course-specific WhatsApp groups:
- Your phone number will be visible to other group members
- Group membership is voluntary (you may leave at any time)
- Group content is not moderated by us (use at your own discretion)
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
11.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
- We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placements, or career advancement
- Course completion does not guarantee certification, employment, or skill mastery
- Results depend on your individual effort, prior knowledge, and circumstances
11.2 Technical Issues
We are not liable for:
- Technical issues with Zoom (connectivity, audio, video)
- Internet connectivity problems on your end
- Device compatibility issues
- Third-party service outages (Razorpay, email providers)
11.3 Content Accuracy
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is error-free
- Course content reflects the knowledge and opinions of instructors
- We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on course content
11.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
12. Third-Party Services
12.1 Services We Use
Our Platform integrates with third-party services:
- OAuth Providers: Google, Microsoft (authentication)
- Razorpay: Payment processing
- Zoom: Live session hosting
- Resend: Email delivery
- Supabase: Database hosting
12.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policy changes.
12.3 External Links
Our Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of external sites.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
13.2 Notification
- Material changes will be communicated via email
- Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree with changes, you must stop using the Platform
13.3 Prior Enrollments
Changes to Terms do not affect the terms under which you enrolled in a course (e.g., refund policy at time of enrollment applies).
