AI at Work: From Chat to Semi-Automation is a hands-on, brand-agnostic bootcamp for professionals who want to move beyond casual AI chats and learn how to build reliable, repeatable workflows that actually save time. This course keeps the theory light and the work real: in each session, you’ll apply what you learn to the tasks you already do at work.

We begin by building a simple mental model of intelligence — how humans reason, how machines mimic pattern-based reasoning, and what that means for the way we collaborate with AI. From there, you’ll learn how modern LLMs behave, why they sometimes miss the mark, and how to structure your prompts so the model produces usable, well-organized outputs.

As the course progresses, you will move from clean prompting, to designing conversations in different modes (assistant, intern, thinking partner), to chaining tasks and tools to complete real work. Finally, you will learn how to semi-automate your workflows using simple, no-code triggers and guardrails so that the work you repeat every week becomes lighter, faster, and easier.

Everything builds toward a capstone project: your Personal Workflow Upgrade. You will choose a recurring task from your work, break it down, redesign it with prompts and context packs, and produce a small semi-automation that gives you a measurable win every week.
